This is a pledge, and a public contract, called "Looping". Nobody can
join this contract. comex CAN amend, terminate, or leave this
contract by announcement. The Notary CAN terminate this contract by
announcement. To loop a criminal case is:
- to intend to initiate it,
- to attempt to act on behalf of Sgeo to support that intent,
- to attempt to act on behalf of ehird to support that intent,
- to attempt to act on behalf of comex to support that intent, then
- two support having been attained, to initiate the case.
