1. This is a public pledge governed by the rules of Agora. The name
of this contract is "Wooble's Crops For Points Pledge". Wooble can
terminate this pledge at any time by announcement, provided e has no
unmet obligations under it. Wooble can amend this contract without 2
objections.
2. When a Farmer transfers 2 points to Wooble and specifies the ID of
a Democratic proposal in its voting period, Wooble shall transfer
crops sufficient to harvest that ID within 2 days, or earlier than 24
hours before the voting period for the proposal ends, whichever is
later.
3. When a Farmer transfers 1i points to Wooble and specifies the ID of
an Ordinary proposal in its voting period, Wooble shall transfer crops
sufficient to harvest that ID within 2 days, or earlier than 24 hours
before the voting period for the proposal ends, whichever is later.
4. If Wooble fails to transfer crops within the specified deadline, e
shall transfer to the Farmer either the points e received or crops
sufficient to harvest the ID of another proposal in the same chamber
as the specified one in its voting period, at the Farmer's option,
plus a penalty of 2 crops to be chosen by Wooble. This penalty should
be held to be equitable without any further equity imposed by the
courts. Farmers who do not agree with this provision should not
transfer points to Wooble under the terms of this pledge.
