1. The Livenomic Partnership
This is a binding agreement, and a public Legalistic contract,
governed by the rules of Agora, called The Livenomic Partnership
(LNP). Parties to this contract are called the Livenomicers.
This contract represents Livenomic, and is intended to be an embassy
for that nomic.
A player CAN join this contract by announcement. A player CAN leave
this contract if they have announced intent to do so at least two
weeks previously. Livenomicers SHOULD remain active in Livenomic. This
contract defers to the rules of Livenomic to define active.
This contract CAN be amended without Livenomicer objection, or with
Livenomicer Consent. This contract CAN be amended or terminated by any
process allowed to do so under the rules of Livenomic.
2. Partnershipness
The Livenomicers SHALL act jointly as a partnership, in a manner
governed by this agreement. The ability of each Livenomicer to act as
an individual is not thereby impaired. Any legal obligations under the
Rules of Agora which the LNP incurs are devolved equally onto its
members. The Livenomicers SHALL act jointly to satisfy any such
obligations.
3. Acting in General
As allowed elsewhere in this contract, Livenomicers CAN act on behalf
of the LNP. This is the only mechanism by which the LNP CAN act. Any
Livenomicer CAN, without Livenomicer objection, (or with Livenomicer
consent), act on behalf of the LNP to perform a specified action. Any
Livenomicer CAN and SHALL act on behalf of the LNP to satisfy its
legal obligations.
4. Specific Acts
If this partnership is not standing or sitting, any Livenomicer CAN
act on behalf of the LNP to make it sitting. Any Livenomicer CAN act
on behalf of the LNP to flip its Judicial Rank to the highest Judicial
Rank amongst all active (by the Agoran definition) Livenomicers. If
and when the LNP is assigned as a judge of a judicial case, any
Livenomicer CAN and SHALL act on behalf of the LNP to perform the
LNP's obligations as judge of that case.
Any Livenomicer CAN act on behalf of the LNP to nominate it for
offices and accept any such nominations. If the LNP holds an office,
any Livenomicer CAN and SHALL act on behalf of the LNP to perform the
officer's duties.
Any Livenomicer CAN act on behalf of the LNP to submit a proposal,
specifying its coauthors as the Livenomicers.
A Livenomicer CAN act on behalf of the LNP to cause it to intend,
with Agoran Consent, to register, and to resolve this intent.
