This is a pledge, and a public contract, called "Redefined Zooping".
To zoop a criminal CFJ means to intend to initiate it with 2 support,
acting on behalf on anyone the person zooping can act on behalf of to
support initiating criminal CFJs to cause them to support initiating
the criminal CFJ, and initiating the criminal CFJ, definitions to the
contrary notwithstanding
