1. This contract, known as "Internomic Investment Bank" is a public
contract intended to bind its parties under the Rules of Agora, and
comprises the Articles of Incorporation for B Nomic Corporation. If
and only if this contract has one party, it is a pledge.
2. Parties to this contract, known as Metabankers, shall act
collectively to ensure it fulfills its responsibilities under the
Rules of Agora and B Nomic.
3. The Supreme Metabanker is an Officer of the Internomic Investment
Bank. The Supreme Metabanker is Wooble.
4. Flainian Pobble Beads (FPB) are an Agoran currency. The Supreme
Metabanker is the Recordkeepor of FPB. The maximum FINE amount for
FPB is 2.
5. Metabankers can amend this contract with the consent of the holders
of a majority of FPB and the consent of the Supreme Metabanker.
6. Upon a B Nomic Currency Owning Object transferring a Brown, Burnt
Sienna, Beige, or Burgundy Sock to the IIB, the Supreme Metabanker
shall, as soon as possible, create 10 FPB in the COO's possession.
7. Metabankers can cease to be Metabankers with the consent of the
holders of a majority of FPB.
8. When a person transfers a quantity of Chits equal to 1% of the
total Chits in existence to the IIB, the SMB shall, as soon as
possible, create in eir possession 10 Flainian Pobble Beads.
9. When a person transfers 12 ningis to the IIB, the SMB shall, as
soon as possible, create in eir possession 1 Flainian Pobble Bead.
