This is a public contract called "Ice Climbers". It provides a means for one
person to send a message on behalf of another, acting as a relay akin to a SMTP
server (see CFJ 1833).

comex and coppro are the initial parties to this contract. Nobody else can
join it. Any party can dissolve it by announcement.

When a party to this contract physically sends a message which
- starts with the string "NANA", and
- explains that the message is being sent using this contract as a
mechanism, and
- clearly identifies the desired legal author,
that message (including the text "NANA") is legally sent by the other party.
