Any party may join this contract by announcement. Any party may leave
this contract by announcement, but only if e is not the Failman. Any
party may amend this contract with consent of the other parties.

The Badge of Failure is a singular asset. The recordkeepor of the
Badge of Failure is the Failman. The Failman is the owner of the Badge
of Failure. Any party to this contract may transfer the Badge of
Failure to emself by announcement. If the Badge of failure does not
exist, any player may create it in eir possession by announcement.

Any person bearing the Badge of Failure shall be known to have failed
miserably at something.
