I pledge that if I resolve the above-quoted intent, I will repeat the
intent (reworded to allow for the fact that the proposal has already
passed) in the same message; that I will resolve the repeated intent if
possible (i.e. there are not too many objections); and that I will not
attempt to do anything depending on the existence or otherwise of the
