I pledge (I CAN terminate this pledge by announcement after three
weeks) that I will resolve these as follows:

1) For each addition insufficiently objected to, I will randomly
decide whether to perform it, weighted 60/40 in favor of adding.

2) For each removal insufficiently objected to, if the corresponding
addition was not performed, then I will not perform it; otherwise,
I will randomly decide whether to perform it, weighted 60/40 in
favor of removing.
